Accreditation of Newest Batch of Translators and Interpreters

In March 2017, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was inked between SUSS and the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office to raise the standards of translation and interpretation in public service.

The latest batch of translators and interpreters working in the government agencies including the State Court, Supreme Court, Singapore Police Force, the Parliament House, and Ministry of Communication and Information took part in the Certification Examination for Professional Translators (CEPT) or Certification Examination for Professional Interpreters (CEPI), and passed!

On 8th October, they received their certificates from Associate Professor Genice Ngg, Dean, SUSS School of Humanities and Behavioural Sciences (SHBS). Congratulations to all!
