Registration for January 2020 modular courses has commenced.


2020 January semester registration matters

 A. For all new applicants

Upon completing the *application, within one week, please bring your originals and photocopy of identification documents, ALL education certificates and transcripts, and employment documents (if applicable) to our Student Recruitment office for verification.
* Online application form completed and Application fees paid. Application fee is strictly non-refundable.


Student Recruitment Office is at Singapore University of Social Sciences, 463 Clementi Road, Blk C Level 1. Operating Hours: 8:30am to 7:30pm (Mon-Fri), 9:00am to 1:00pm (Sat)

Audit/ Credit: Audit student attends only lectures and is not allowed to participate in the graded assignments nor take the exam. Awarded Certificate of Participation only.

Credit Student participates in the course lectures and all assessments / exam components. Upon passing, the student is awarded a course certificate, otherwise a Certificate of Participation is awarded.

No course fee difference between Audit and Credit students.

Applicant will view full fees during course application.Subsidies and concession amount will only be reflected in the final invoice upon course offer. The course fees are reviewed annually and may be revised. SUSS reserves the right to adjust the course fees without prior notice.

For January semester courses, application outcome will be announced between last week of December and first week of January.

For July semester courses, application outcome will be announced between last week of June and first week of July .

You can make course fee payment online upon receiving the email notification.

G. PSEA application

PSEA is applicable for SSG-funded CET courses.

Before you submit the PSEA application, you must pay the course fee.

The PSEA form is available on the website at Do note there are three important points when completing the Part 1 on PSEA forms:

 1.    Write down the Course Codes you are applying for PSEA under ‘Course/Fee Description’ in a single form.

 2.    Write down Usage Category as ‘SSG-SKLUPG’

 3.    Write down the total course fee under ‘Course/Fee Amount’

 Original  completed form must be submitted to SUSS  Centre for Continuing and Professional Education Office by 20 January (Jan semester) or 20 July (July semester). Applicants may need to provide additional documents and information if required. Submission of PSEA application form via fax or scanned copies will not be accepted. Late or incomplete application forms may result in non-acceptance. More details and instructions on PSEA can be found here:
