  • Tote Board Community Healthcare Fund (TBCHF) seeks to build a healthier nation, enhance the quality of life of patients, and improve the affordability and accessibility of healthcare services for the needy and disadvantaged. This fund was launched by the Singapore Totalisator Board in 2009.   • The Call for Ideas Fund (CIF) provides co-funding for projects that seek to resolve environmental challenges and problems in the local community, and the development of mobile applications which enable open and easy access to environmental information so that the public can make informed choices and decisions in their daily lives.
