The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent supply chain shocks has highlighted that procurement and supply management are crucial to ensure the operational continuity of businesses and economies. The course gives insight into how procurement and supply management impacts the sustainability and competitiveness of organisations and the supply chain in a rapidly digitalised world. Students will learn how to make effective procurement operations and supply decisions to manage the vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of the new supply chain normal.
