Synopsis

Management Communication provides students with the opportunity to hone their managerial communication skills and knowledge. The course will cover concepts relating to business and managerial communication. Students will spend time practicing appropriate communication skills in a non-judgmental environment. Students will hone their competency in giving convincing presentations, draft concise management reports, execute appropriate business etiquette, and prepare effective personal communication. Through intensive feedback and practice, students will be able to enhance their business and management communication skills and learn to be highly persuasive and effective communicators within the organisation and also in business interactions outside the organisation.
