CSD688 Applied Research Project in Community Leadership & Social Development allows students to develop and hone their social research skills. It also enables students to consolidate their overall learning in the programme by putting into practice the knowledge that they have obtained by conducting a major research project related to community leadership and/or social development. The project conducted is envisioned to possess an applied dimension, where any findings are potentially translatable towards informing community leadership practices and/or policies on social development. Students are expected to write a project proposal, followed by a presentation and the submission of a 10,000 word report upon completion.
