Teacher Leadership

Teacher Leadership (ECE362)

Synopsis

ECE362 aims to promote the teacher-as-leader perspective, encouraging students to constantly review and reflect on their own practices as well as collaborate with others to keep improving and learning. Strengthening teachers’ intellectual humility and personal leadership promotes their growth as thinkers. This can help preschools become more responsive to social and learning needs, as well as to innovate and change in the best interests of young children and families.
