Synopsis

FMT316 Fire Safety Engineering and Management is a professional certificate course issued by Singapore Civil Defence Force. It is a 42 hours course with theoretical and practical training. The course covers principles of fire, fire safety design, fire safety management and fire risk assessment. Participants will be introduced to topics such as fire safety act and regulations formulation of emergency response and evacuation plan, performance-based fire safety and fire risk assessment. The course prepares students for the duties of a Fire Safety Manager.
