Quality Management Systems (FMT404)


FMT404 Quality Management Systems will discuss issues pertaining to quality standards, service and performance management. Undergraduates will gain an insight into Quality Management concepts such as Total Quality Management and Six Sigma Management, as well as Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9000 and Quality Marks. They will also be introduced to Construction Quality Management Systems such as CONQUAS.
