Synopsis

HCM503, Aligning Human Capital with Business Strategy, deals with the need to design and implement HCM policies and practices that are aligned with an organization’s business strategy. In addition, the whole can be more than the sum of the parts if there is consistency among HCM policies and practices. The module explains why strategic HCM is vital and examines the design, alignment and execution of human capital strategies. It also considers progress review, contingent plans, and the people side of implementation.
