HCM513, Global Leadership, focuses on leading across borders and cultures. It will first explore leadership and leadership development in the historical context. This is followed by examining the different aspects of global leadership, such as global leaders and communications, global leaders and change, leadership in cultural synergy, leadership in global negotiations and alliances, leadership in MNCs, succession strategies, women in global business as well as leadership challenges and opportunities in Asia.
