ICT336, Cloud Computing: Standards, Implementation and Security, examines the industry’s standards and challenging issues in Cloud Security. Successful operational and business cases will be studied to demonstrate the best practices in the industry. A step-by-step view of how enterprise business can be migrated to a cloud will also be demonstrated. Critical success factors for how to ensure the security of data and governance of the business process can be managed during and after the migration are examined. The role of Cloud Computing standards in helping enterprise to develop SaaS to address business needs is also explained. Real-world examples in social media and smart phone development, including YouTube, Facebook, iPhone and Android will be studied to demonstrate the development process.
