NPM688 enables students the opportunity to consolidate their learning, develop professional project and consultation skills under faculty supervision. In addition, a mentorship scheme will be introduced in conjunction with the professional project. Students will be assigned mentors from the field to provide consultancy experience and professional network. This project acts as a capstone to integrate and apply learning from this programme. It may be a consultancy or applied research or evaluation project that is anchored in a specific non-profit organization. The final report should be up to 8,000 words in length, documenting the field research, consultation and project outcome. Drawing on what has been learnt in various courses, students writing their project/consultancy for the field research and evaluation may engage in planning, implementation, analysis, evaluation and reporting and mapping
