Synopsis

PSS488 Integrated Public Safety and Security Management aims to provide the students with the analytical, formulation, and implementation tools related to safety and risk management. With the rapid changes to the type of security threats facing Singapore, students are required to think fast and work quickly to mitigate the risk and ensure public safety. Some of the topics covered in this course includes latest risk threats, management techniques, tools and strategies. Students will also be given case studies based on real-life events to further strengthen their knowledge and application of the various topics covered in this programme.
