About The Programme
The Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) programme, by SUSS, in partnership with Enterprise Singapore, supports business leaders of promising small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to develop business growth capabilities.
ELT helps leaders develop Strategic Growth Plans that will take their enterprises to the next level. Eligible enterprises can qualify for up to 90% funding of programme fees.

What Does The Programme Deliver?
Spanning at least 10 months and at least 54 contact hours of multi-faceted training, the programme's curriculum is built around the delivery of practical skills that you can implement immediately. The topics delivered are strongly integrated with the actual building of your Strategic Growth Plan, and planned around real-world topics that are vital to your growth journey. This is followed by a 6-month advisory that participants can leverage beyond the programme, to help implement the Strategic Growth Plan.

The next vital stage reviews the markets and customers you serve, and how to leverage data analytics to enrich your business. The stage will conclude with a thorough review of your business operations and how to optimise them for greater long-term sustainability.
