You have done it! Almost four years ago, you came to law school and began the arduous journey to gain a law degree. Well, you have achieved that. I know how hard all of you worked. Sleepless nights and lost weekends preparing for the next TMA, and many more challenges. Today your dream of obtaining the law degree is fulfilled.

I congratulate you for your diligence and commitment to excellence, which got you here. You are the very first batch of law graduates from the School of Law at SUSS. That is very special. Cherish that signal honour for it is, in my view, a signal honour!

As you go forward, continuing with your post-graduate professional training at the SILE Bar Examination course and your practice training, let me encourage you to continue to pursue your journey of excellence towards, what in time, will no doubt be a rewarding career.
