Collection of Academic Regalia

Please collect your Academic Regalia from:

Serangoon Broadway Studio
1365 Serangoon Road Singapore 328244 [ Location map ]
Date: 17 March - 11 April 2021
Time: 10.00am to 8.00pm
Important Note: The studio is closed on Mondays and all Public Holidays.


Graduate Admission Cards

For graduates, two admission cards will be given to you when you collect your Academic Regalia. You will be asked to produce these cards during registration before admission into the Grand Hall.

Your name will be read from the graduate admission card during the Convocation. Thus, please have both cards with you at all times during the Convocation.

 Now till 1 week before Ceremony Day

Withdrawal

If you would like to withdraw your attendance due to unforeseen circumstances, please send a written notice of withdrawal to ccdevents@suss.edu.sg.

In the email, please include your full name, PI number, programme, contact number and indicate the subject header as "Withdrawal of Attendance".

 29 April to 23 May 2021

Return of Academic Regalia

Please note that if the Academic Regalia is returned after 23 May 2021 (Sunday), the deposit of $150 will be forfeited.


Complimentary Stage Photo

The complimentary stage photo will only be available for collection at Serangoon Broadway Studio from 15 May 2021 onwards.

Collection of Degree and Transcripts

The official collection period for degree certificates and transcripts has ended. If you have not collected your degree certificate and transcript, please email to students@suss.edu.sg to schedule an appointment with Student Support Department on weekdays at Block C, Level 1, Office of Student and Alumni Relations.

If you are authorising someone to collect on your behalf, please complete the authorisation form and advise authorised person to bring along the form and other required documents.

Note: There will be NO certificate collections during the physical Convocation 2020 Ceremony planned from 29 April till 6 May.
