This is a 5 cu, 20-hour course that will expose you to environments and tools to cultivate a deep understanding of Israel’s entrepreneurial, political and cultural landscape. Comprising face-to-face sessions conducted in Singapore and Israel, the course combines experiential learning, e-learning, classroom activities, and participation in the overseas trip to Israel.
Israel takes a unique approach to lifelong learning and critical thinking, a point highlighted by Minister Ng Chee Meng in a speech about how to prepare students for life following his trip to Israel. Both culturally and technologically, the country offers unique opportunities for you to broaden your world view.
Israel, similar to Singapore, is a small nation surrounded by larger countries that distinguish themselves greatly both culturally and economically. By visiting Israeli religious sites, meeting companies and speaking to the locals, you will be able to witness how followers of three world religions live together in one small nation, how Israelis celebrate life despite all safety threats, and how Israeli entrepreneurs are constantly innovating and striving to scale beyond their borders.
