Wellness Programmes

The Office of Student Life curates and organises wellness programmes with the aim of promoting and enhancing the well-being of all students. Having an environment that promotes positive well-being allows students to achieve their full potential. Research has found that healthier and happier students learn better and are more successful in all domains of their lives.

Our Wellness Programmes are open to all SUSS students. We offer a variety of engagements ranging from mindfulness and mental health workshops, talks, networking sessions and recreational activities that promote students' holistic well-being. Student wellness programmes/workshops that we have organised include:
