The Personal Development Experience is a graduation requirement for all SUSS full-time students comprising of 3 components - (1) the Experiential Teambuilding (ETB) programme, (2) the Student SUcceSS Centre Learning Prospectus^ and (3) the Freshmen Pulse Check^.
All students must complete this programme in their first academic year.

Information on Experiential Teambuilding Programme
Students are strongly encouraged to attend the virtual briefing on either 4 June 2025 (Wed) or 26 June 2025 (Thu), 7:30pm to 9:00pm, to find out more about the programme. Register for the programme briefing here.
A total of 3 runs will be offered to cohort 2025 students.

By completing the requirements in the above table, students will achieve a "Pass" grade for the PDE graduation requirement.
If students want to achieve a "Pass with Distinction" for their PDE, they will need to submit a special assessment for review. More details on the special assessment will be shared during the actual ETB programme.
