Bandwidth Recommendations
The bandwidth used by Zoom will be optimized for the best experience based on the participants’ network. It will automatically adjust for 3G or WiFi
Recommended bandwidth over WiFi: - For 1:1 video calling: 600kbps (up/down) for high quality video and 1.2 Mbps (up/down) for HD video - For group video calling: 600kbps/1.2Mbps (up/down) for high quality video. For gallery view: 1.5Mbps/1.5Mbps (up/down).

1. Please ensure that you have received the Zoom URL prior to the Information Session that you have registered for.

2. Do read through the System Requirement Guide to ensure that you have compatible devices and operation system.

At the stipulated timing, please access the Zoom meeting using the URL given.
Stage 2: During the webcast
If you would like to post questions or leave comments, there is a chatbox function located on the bottom of your screen. Click on the chat icon to activate the chatbox function and you will be able to view all messages sent either to everyone or privately. You may submit questions during the session and our speaker(s) may address selected questions during the Q&A segment at the end of each talk. To minimize your screen, click on ‘View Option’ and select ‘Exit Full Screen’.
