We offer more than 110 undergraduate and graduate programmes, available in full- and part-time study modes which are flexible, modular and interdisciplinary, catering to both fresh school leavers and adult learners. SUSS also offers a broad range of continuing education and training modular courses for the professional skills upgrading of Singapore's workforce.

Since becoming an Autonomous University in 2017, over 25,000 graduates have experienced our unique brand of education. More than 19,000 students are currently pursuing their full- and part-time studies with us.
Empowering Lifelong Learners
At SUSS, learning is a lifelong journey supported by two specialised arms that extend our mission well beyond campus.
The SUSS Academy, our dedicated provider for general Continuing Education and Training (CET), delivers bite-sized, credit-bearing and stackable courses designed to boost career and business competencies. Through tailored programmes, government-subsidised pathways, and strategic enterprise partnerships, it ensures our learners remain future-ready.
Complementing this is the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute under SUSS and Singapore’s National Centre of Excellence for adult learning. IAL leads the way in elevating the quality of Training and Adult Education (TAE) through rigorous research, policy-informed insights, and practical tools that are adopted across the TAE ecosystem.
Together, they reflect SUSS’s commitment to lifelong learning—one focused on immediate skill enhancement, the other on advancing adult education at a system level.

The mace represents the institutional authority of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). It is carried at the front of academic processions and before the Chancellor to symbolise the authority he/she holds as the head of the University.
