Participating in SUSS Tender Opportunities
With effect from 18 May 2026, all tender activities at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) will be conducted through the Coupa procurement system. Suppliers are encouraged to visit the Information for Suppliers section for guidance on registration and participation procedures.

SUSS Requirements
To participate in SUSS tender opportunities, suppliers are required to comply with the following:
- Accept the Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to participation
- Adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct (SCC), which outlines the minimum expectations across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
