Board of Trustees
Provides strategic guidance, ensuring growth, good governance, and alignment with the university’s mission. Comprising distinguished leaders from various fields, the Board plays a crucial role in shaping the university’s direction and upholding the highest standards of governance.

Ms Agnes Kwang is Vice President and Registrar of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), where she provides strategic leadership over academic administration, governance, student lifecycle management, associate faculty management, and developing alumni relations.  She brings extensive experience across Singapore's higher education sector, having served at the Nanyang Technological University, SIM University, and SUSS.

As Vice President and Registrar, she oversees core functions for students, alumni and associate faculty.  These include student academic records and progression, examinations and awards, student and alumni policies and engagement, academic governance bodies, and regulatory compliance.

Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore where she majored in Social Work and Mathematics.
