Ms Tinku Gupta is a Board Director and a seasoned C-suite executive within the regulated financial services industry. In the last 30 years, she has held pivotal leadership roles at SGX Group, spanning the entire enterprise value chain - Business, Technology, Operations, and Cybersecurity.

As a commercial business leader, Tinku scaled the Market Data & Connectivity business significantly. Under her leadership, the business achieved sustained revenue growth through disciplined execution and the launch of pioneering digital products, such as low-latency colocation services, real-time index capabilities, and global data feeds.

Over her final decade at SGX Group, Tinku served as CTO and CIO. In these roles, she championed major strategic initiatives to future-proof the Group’s technological capabilities, modernise critical platforms, and elevate business operations and cybersecurity maturity. Notably, she drove these massive transformational changes while ensuring uninterrupted service availability of critical services—an achievement that earned her the prestigious Excellence in Exchanges award.

Today, Tinku is expanding her portfolio career as a Board Director and Strategic Advisor, offering her deep expertise in technology modernisation, cybersecurity resilience, workforce transformation, and the ethical adoption of artificial intelligence.

Committed to continuous leadership development, Tinku is a certified AI Senior Executive from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Professional Coach from Singapore Management University (SMU). She holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.
