SUSS Issues Corrigendum to Consultancy Tender Following Comprehensive Review

The Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) has issued a corrigendum on 9 December 2025 to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for multi-disciplinary consultancy services for its new campus in Rochor.
The corrigendum incorporates recommendations from the Taskforce for Architectural and Engineering Consultants and takes reference from current public sector procurement guidelines. The updates were developed in consultation with the relevant authorities including the Ministry of Education (MOE), and professional advisors.
The key updates include clearer fee provisions for design development changes, a Limitation of Liability clause, a more balanced payment schedule, greater flexibility in submission requirements, better renumeration for design proposals, and refinements to administrative terms to enhance clarity and consistency.
The tender closing date has been extended to 13 January 2026 to allow firms additional time to update their proposals in light of these changes.
