Success Academy

The Industry-Based Study Program (IBSP) was a week-long program organized by the Success Academy in Collaboration with Jio Institute for the students of the Singapore University of Social Sciences, which took place from November 23 to November 29, 2025. The program aimed to provide the participants with a blend of industrial exposure, cultural immersion, academic enrichment, and networking opportunities. The students had sessions on Doing Business in India, Digitalisation, Sustainability. Along with a panel discussion on the integration of Physical and digital business models. Industry Visits to Vista Foods & Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) & Reliance Corporate Park for practical insights into Sustainable practices used at Reliance. Cultural visits to the Gateway of India, Marine Drive and Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) were also organized for the students to understand Mumbai's history and culture better.

The India Immersion Programme – “Social Equity through Digitalisation in Mumbai” (8–14 December 2025) was a high-impact experiential learning journey hosted by Jio Institute for the students of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). The programme explored India’s digital transformation, sustainability landscape, and cultural-economic ecosystem through classroom frameworks, industry interactions, and field immersion. Participants engaged with leaders from Reliance Jio, IIT Bombay, and municipal institutions while examining India Stack, AI-first strategies, ESG regulations, and inclusive growth models. Site visits to Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC), HN Reliance Hospital, Dharavi, and Govardhan Ecovillage provided real-world insights into digital infrastructure, manufacturing sustainability, governance, and rural development. The programme integrated strategic analysis with cultural fluency, equipping students with practical, scalable insights into India’s evolving economic landscape.
