Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. Bidder shall provide at least a valid EPU/CMP/10/ (S6) and registration certificate. Bidder shall enclose a copy of the registration certificate with the tender proposal. In place of a GSR registration certificate, the Bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last three (3) years for assessment

iii. The bidder must hold a valid ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO9001, and ISO/IEC 27001 certification for its organisation or relevant business unit involved in the delivery of services. Bidder shall enclose a copy of valid certificate issued by an accredited certification body.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
