Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidders shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in conducting fieldwork and survey administration involving older adult populations within the past three (3) years.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
