Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder must not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders on or after the closing date.
• Bidder must attend the mandatory tender briefing.
• Bidder must possess the following: Registration with Building Construction Authority (BCA) – Facilities Management Services (FM01) with a financial grade of M2 and above.
• Bidder must be an accredited Certified Facilities Management Company “Gold” tier or higher under the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA).
• Cleaning Business Class 1 Licence with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
• Security Agency Licence with Singapore Police Force (SPF).
• The Bidder must have at least 1 relevant track record in providing integrated facilities management services in commercial and educational settings for the past 5 years, with contract value of at least $600,000 per annum.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
