Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidders (including his officials) shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. Bidders must either possess at least one of the following certifications under the Contractors Registration System relevant to the Smart Technology Solution Category for which they are bidding: ME01, ME02, ME05, ME11, ME15, L1 (S$0.8 million); OR have completed or been awarded at least one (1) relevant project for a commercial or educational building in Singapore with a minimum contract value of S$100,000 during the period 2020 to 2026 involving the same or a substantially similar Smart Technology Solution Category.

iii. Attendance at site briefing and site show round is compulsory.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
