Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in SUSS tenders
• Bidders must be registered with the GSR: EPU/CMP/10, Financial Grade: S5 and above
• Bidders must be a Cloudflare Authorized Service Delivery Partner.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
