A/P Victor Seah is the Director of the Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence, a Singapore University of Social Sciences centre focused on the application of psychology, behavioural economics, and behavioural science to change behaviours and shift mindsets at the workplace. He is on the advisory board of the Lutheran Community Care Services and currently leads several applied research projects with public, charitable, and private sector entities. This includes work on bus captain ergonomics and well-being, safety of port operations, volunteerism among seniors at active ageing centres, coaching and mentoring culture in a financial institute, right-siting of services for adults with mental disability, and well-being of gig workers.
