Having spent the last 18 years across various portfolios in the education industry, Geraldine finds it a meaningful calling which she has not looked back since.

After completing her Masters in Human Capital Management, her interest in Talent Management led her to the Career Advisory space where she was leading the Employer Engagement team in Singapore Institute of Management prior to her appointment at SUSS.

As a Career Coach, Geraldine is a strong believer in bringing out the best in people, her satisfaction comes from students getting into their “dream” roles. Her past experiences in engaging with senior HR partners across different industry verticals have been instrumental when she coaches her students in their career choices.

An advocate of continuous learning, Geraldine constantly tries to equip herself with new skills and knowledge, to deepen her practice as a career coach.
