Samuel Ng is the Executive Chairman of Raffles Young Academy and a serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the education sector. He began his career in the technology industry across the Western Hemisphere before transitioning to education in Asia. 

 

He is the founder of Raffles House and Grace House, where he serves as Executive Director, and leads Raffles Young Academy, which operates across Singapore, Indonesia, and China. An alumnus of the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), he is also a Fellow of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). 

  

Through longstanding engagement in China, Samuel has built strong government and business networks in West and Northeast China, strengthening the Academy’s presence in Chongqing and Shenyang. He is currently focused on expanding its regional footprint and developing education platforms that bridge China and Southeast Asia to support international-ready employment and entrepreneurship.
