Associate Professor Lim Lee Ching is Director of the Node for Inclusive Lifelong Education at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He was previously the Dean of the S R Nathan School of Human Development (2020–2024).

An educator since 1999, Lim Lee Ching received his PhD (English) from the National University of Singapore in 2008. He joined UniSIM/SUSS in 2010.

He has served in various community roles since 2011, including board memberships at the Singapore Children’s Society, the Singapore After-Care Association, and the Children’s Charities Association of Singapore. He is currently serving on committee at the National Council of Social Service.

Lim Lee Ching is the author of several publications, including The Works of Tomas Tranströmer: the Universality of Poetry; and Pure and Faultless Elation Emerging from Hiding, a collection of poetry. He is the founding Editor of the Singapore Review of Books, as well as Series and Commissioning Editor at Delere Press.
