Associate Professor Vincent Ng is the inaugural Dean of the School of Social Work and Social Development at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Prior to joining SUSS, A/Prof Ng was the Chief Executive Officer of Allkin Singapore from 2012 to 2025.

A/Prof Ng chairs the MediFund Committee of the National Neuroscience Institute, and serves on Families for Life Council, Skillsfuture Tripartite Taskforce, Social Work Advisory & Accreditation Board, the National Centre for Infectious Diseases Resilience Fund Committee, and the Board of Directors at Allkin Singapore. His other past voluntary contributions included Board of Visitors for Adult Disability Homes, Panel of Assessors on National Council on Problem Gambling, National Council of Social Service’s Leadership Selection Panel, Beyond COVID-19 Taskforce, and Interagency Taskforce on Mental Health and Well-being.

In 2017, A/Prof Ng received the Outstanding Social Worker Award from Singapore Association of Social Workers, and he has been appointed as a Social Service Fellow by National Council of Social Service since 2015. A/Prof Ng holds a PhD in Social Work from National University of Singapore. With his extensive experience in social work and non-profit leadership, A/Prof Ng aims to build the School of Social Work and Social Development (SWSD) to become the leading Institute of Higher Learning devoted to the advancement of social work and social development in Singapore and the region.
