Cate Lin is an advisor and strategist with over two decades of experience across investment banking, technology, communications, and healthcare innovation. She began her career in investment banking, later helping a local tech startup expand into global markets before founding her own public relations agency, where she led regional communications for global technology brands such as SAP, VMware, and Lucent.

Cate then transitioned into public service with Singapore’s Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), leading national initiatives in active ageing, community care, primary care, and grant administration. Drawing from her cross-sector journey, Cate helps founders bridge business strategy, innovation, and social impact. She is passonate of about championing startups reimagining the future of ageing, mentoring entrepreneurs on ecosystem building, communications strategy, and social entrepreneurship — to build ventures that enable communities to thrive with purpose and dignity
