Devan is a passionate social worker, co-founder, and Executive Director of Mental ACT, a pioneering non-profit organization that champions mental health within the South-Asian community in Singapore. With over a decade of specialized experience, Devan is a trained suicide first responder, committed to supporting individuals grappling with suicidal ideations and driving impactful suicide prevention initiatives. His expertise as a mental health social worker extends to working closely with individuals facing mental health challenges, as well as their caregivers and the broader community, ensuring holistic support and advocacy. 
 
Volunteer and Community Engagement: 
Devan is deeply rooted in community service, volunteering as a grassroots leader in Yishun and Macpherson. His commitment to social causes is further reflected in his active participation with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Youth Corps Singapore. Through these roles, Devan dedicates his time to coaching, mentoring, and empowering youths, while also championing mental health awareness across various platforms.
