Dr Shan Wen (Vivien) is a social and organisational psychologist who examines how culture and technology shape behaviour, decision-making, and fairness at work and online. Her research spans AI governance, negotiations, gender and other group inequalities, and the design of inclusive HR practices. She also studies work engagement, well-being, AI-enabled learning, and labour trends across demographic groups to build more inclusive workplaces and learning environments.
