Dr Shane Tan Tsiat Siong is the Deputy Director of the Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence, and a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences. His research interests include applied microeconomics, behavioural economics, environmental economics, cost-benefit analysis and economic valuation. He has worked on public sector research projects such as with the National Heritage Board, Central Narcotics Bureau, National Environmental Agency, and the Singapore Prison Service
