Felicia is currently an executive principal with NTUC First Campus. Over the years, she has been supporting different centres through transitions and building cohesion. She believes in fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and heard. She places great emphasis on mentoring and sharing invaluable experiences with fellow educators and beginning leaders.

Being a strong advocate for community learning, Felicia believes in the power of learning as a community to drive positive change. She aims to empower educators, parents, and children alike to reach their full potential. As a centre leader, she works extensively with parents, establishing strong home-school partnerships.

As an adult trainer, she is actively involved in teaching and facilitating professional development programs for pre-service and experienced educators. Her main training areas for adults include outdoor learning and motor skills development. This supports her dedication towards building a community of learners.
