Jimmy Wong is an Associate Professor and Head of the Master of Management programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. His teaching and research focus on marketing, service robots, artificial intelligence, and their applications in business and education. Passionate about lifelong learning, Jimmy has led initiatives to redesign curricula, integrate digital transformation, and prepare future-ready leaders across sectors. He works closely with industry partners to bridge applied management practice with responsible leadership for society. He is a recipient of the SUSS Teaching Excellence Award and has published widely in leading international journals and conferences.
