Frank Lee is the Founder of Jumpstart Disruptive Innovations (JDI), a 350-pax venture catalyst based between Singapore and Vietnam, empowering innovative companies to build, grow, and scale through:
1) Tech JDI - Developing great tech solutions (Software/AI Development)

2) Talent JDI – Growing human capital (Building Tech Teams in Vietnam)

3) Launch JDI – Accessing new market (Vietnam as a focus)

4) Capital JDI - Raising venture capital (Seed to Series B)

5) Venture JDI - Building new ventures (in Tech and Innovation)

Frank currently chairs the Startup and Innovation committee in Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (Singcham Vietnam)
He is also a co-opted Exco Member of the Singapore Enterprise Chapter in SGTech.He is tasked with bridging the startup and innovation communities between Singapore and Vietnam.

He has a good network and understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem and fund/grant environment in Singapore and Vietnam.

Frank mentors with SGTech, ACE, NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SUTD, and Republic Polytechnic for their startup/venture-builder programs, and regularly participates at regional tech conferences.

Frank also runs TNF Ventures since 2012, a seed-stage investment firm based out from Singapore.
Frank is also an angel investor in Web2/Web3 startups, and takes LP position in some VC funds.
