Javine holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the Faculty of Social Sciences at a university in Malaysia. 

With over five years of expertise in the banking sector, she discovered a significant gap in tailored support and resources for aspiring interns. Motivated by this observation, Javine aims to leverage her experience at SUSS to empower students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge essential for thriving in today's competitive job market.

Javine firmly believes that there is no 'best job' in the world, but rather, each job should be the best fit for the student's unique skills, interests, and ambitions.
