Jacqueline has been appointed as Assistant Provost effective July 1, 2024. In this capacity, she is responsible for inter-school collaboration initiatives, overseeing and facilitating career initiatives of academic administrators and facilitating change management within SUSS. 

In addition to her new role, Jacqueline continues to serve as the Director of the Office of the Provost. In this position, she oversees the operations of the Office of the Provost and holds overall responsibility for the team that supports the Provost's functions.

With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, Jacqueline has played a pivotal role in overseeing academic operations, policies, and programs at SIM University (UniSIM). Her efforts were instrumental in the institution's transition to the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).

From 2013 to 2017, Jacqueline was a key member of the management team at UniSIM College (UC), an entity established to manage admissions and academic operations for full-time programs. Subsequently, she was crucial in the integration of these full-time programs into the broader UniSIM/SUSS framework.

From 2020-2022, Jacqueline was a member of the Review of SUSS Education (ROSE) Panel, which led to a significant overhaul of the university’s undergraduate curriculum, aligning SUSS's educational programs with contemporary academic trends and industry demands.

Jacqueline is actively involved in maintaining academic standards and processes to ensure that educational offerings are consistently relevant, sustainable, and of high quality.

Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with SUSS.
