Ms. Yeo Lay leads the Student Success Centre in Singapore University of Social Sciences to realise the vision of empowering students in developing personal and professional potential to achieve success in life. As an educator, she has more than 20 years of experience in student development, curriculum design, training and facilitation. Student Success Centre focuses on holistic student development, and the centre designs, develops and delivers credit and non-credit bearing programmes in career readiness, entrepreneurship, student life, student leadership and well-being. Her research interests include experiential learning, student development and leadership development.
