Moy Yin is a trainer renowned for her expertise in volunteer management. With over two decades of experience, she has successfully provided training and consultancy in volunteer management, making her a sought-after authority in the field.

Moy Yin has a Master of Arts in Education and Human Resource Development with the George Washington University. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and has a Diploma in Human Resource Development (Gold Medal) from the Singapore Institute of Management. Moy Yin has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Development. Her expertise is in strategic workforce management, learning & development, performance management and coaching, workforce motivation and leadership development.

She is a trained career coach and completed the Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling from Republic Polytechnic. She volunteers at NUS Science Faculty Mentoring Programme.

Moy Yin is an ACLP-certified trainer, certified Extended-DISC Behavioural Consultant and certified Action Learning Coach by the World Institute of Action Learning, U.S. She is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

In her free time, she volunteers as a docent for the National Gallery Singapore.
