Lu Ming is an AI and technology leader specialising in AI-native platforms, Agentic AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform engineering for modern financial services. He currently serves as Head of IT Security & Platform and Co-lead of the AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) at Green Link Digital Bank.

He leads the development of secure, resilient, and scalable technology foundations that enable regulated organisations to adopt AI safely and effectively. His expertise spans AI platform engineering, Agentic AI infrastructure, IT Security, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, DevSecOps, and operational resilience.

As Co-lead of the AI CoE, LU MING focuses on translating AI strategy into production-ready capabilities, including governance frameworks, security guardrails, operating models, and enterprise platforms for responsible AI adoption at scale. He works closely with business, technology, risk, and audit stakeholders to ensure AI innovation is secure, compliant, and aligned with business value.

A CSA-NCL Full Scholarship recipient, LU MING holds a Master of Computing in Infocomm Security from the National University of Singapore. His work sits at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and financial technology, with a strong focus on shaping the next generation of banking technology through safe, governed, and scalable AI-native platforms.
