Susan is an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) and Social Service sector. She holds a Master's in Gerontology from SUSS and a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University, Australia. Susan's career began as a clinician within SPD, an organization dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities, where she contributed her expertise to a diverse range of community care organizations and social service agencies. Subsequently, she transitioned to Tsao Foundation, she undertook the responsibility of clinical development, specializing in function enablement and community-based dementia programs. Over the years, Susan has taken on numerous leadership roles, overseeing portfolios encompassing program development and evaluation, service quality enhancement, training initiatives, and people management in the community setting. Susan currently serves as the Assistant Director of Therapy Hub at SPD.
